भवनों के रेखांकन के अनुमोदन के लिये आवश्यक निर्देश:

1. कारखाना पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले हरेक कारखाने की एक मान्य ईमेल आईडी होनी चाहिए ।
2. भवनों के रेखांकन के अनुमोदन के लिये आन लाइन आवेदन करने के पूर्व आवेदक को आवश्यक निर्देशों का भातिभांति अध्ययन करना अनिवार्य है।
3. * से चिन्हित सूचनाओं की पूर्ति अनिवार्य है।
4. आवेदक द्वारा भवनों के रेखांकन के अनुमोदन के लिये आन लाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के तदोपरान्त प्राप्त कम्प्यूटर जनित आवेदन पत्र को हस्ताक्षर करके भवनों के रेखांकन (नक्शो) की तीन मूल प्रतियों तथा सम्बन्धित विभागों से प्राप्त मूल अनापत्ति पत्रों (जिसको स्कैन करके वेब साइट पर अपलोड किया है) के साथ सम्बन्धित कार्यालय निदेशक कारखाना/ क्षेत्रीय/ सम्भागीय कार्यालय में पंजीकृत डाक/ स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा प्रेषित करना अनिवार्य है।
5. आवेदक अन्तिम प्रस्तुति (Final Submission) करने के पूर्व समस्त सूचनाओं की जांच सुनिश्चित कर लें। अन्तिम प्रस्तुति के उपरान्त किसी प्रकार का संशोधन तत्समय स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
6. आवेदक इस यूजर आई० डी० तथा पासवर्ड के द्वारा आवेदन पत्र की अद्यतन स्थिति की जांच कर सकता है।

Note: - This application shall be accompanied by the following documents

1. A Flow chart of manufacturing process supplemented by a brief description of the process in its various stages;
2. Plans, in duplicate, drawn to scale, showing -
1. I. in site of the factory and immediate surrroundings including adjacent building and other structures, road, drains, etc; and
2. II. the plan elevation and necesary cross-sections of the various building including, all relevant details relating to natural lighting, ventilation and means of escape in case of fire. The plans shall also clearly indicate the position of the plant and machinery, aisles and passage way; and
3. Such other particulars as the Chief Inspectior may require.

BASIC PARAMETERS FOR DESIGN

1. Height should be 14 fet in case of truss structure and 12 feet in case of RCC structure
2. Breathing space should be 500 cubic feet per worker
3. Floor space per workers should be 36 sq. feet
4. Every workroom should be provided with at least 2 doors
5. Minimum size of every door should be 6feet 6inch x 3feet
6. All the doors should open outwords
7. Two fire escapes should be provided on either side of the building
8. Fire escape should be accessible from every room in the building
9. Stair case should be provided having direct access from door and windows in the case of factory having more then one storey. Staircase should be provided with hand rails
10. Means of escape in case of fire should be indicatd in drawings preferably with red ink
11. Positions of drinking water points and toilets should be shown in the drawings preferably with green ink
12. Distance of drinking water points from the toilets and washing facilities should be at least 6 meters
13. Windows and Skylights area should be provided at the minimum rate of 1sq dteet to every 15 sq ft of the floor are of the room

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP THE FORM No. 1A

1. All the dimensions are required to be given in feet
2. Breathing spave in cubic feet (Column No.9)=Area of room(Column No.7) x Average Height (Column No.6) or 14 Feet whichevery is lower
3. Total value of air in the room (Column No. 10) - Area x Average height (Column No. 6)
4. Maximum capicity of the room (Column No.-15) = Breathing space /500 or (Area of the room - Area occupier by the machinery)/36 whichever is less
5. No. of workers to be shown in Columns No.16 should be less than the maximum capacity of hte room in Column No. 15
6. Details of each and every room is required to be given in Form No. 1A

2. Write up chart of manufacturing process
3. Resolution passed by Board of Directors in which one of the Directors has been declared as occupier or resolution passed by partners in case of firms in which one of the partner has been declared as occupier or declaration of proprietor in case of proprietorship concern
4. List of Directors / Partners (Parentage and complete residential addresses of Directors / Partners may be clearly mentioned)
5. List of Machinery
6. Copy of power sanction certificate from concerned authorities of HPSEB
7. No objection Certificate from H.P. State Environment Protection & Pollution Control Board, if it is required
8. Site Plan of the Factory
9. Building drawings including elevations, plans & cross sections
10. Machine Layout
11. Memorandum and Articles of Asssociation in case of company
12. Legible copy of partnership deed duly attested by Magistrate or Notary in case of partnership concern
13. In case of proprietorship concern, name ,parantage and complete residentail address of paroprietor is required to be given throght declaration which is attested either by Magistrate or by Notary
